LCPD Underwater Training (Part 1)

This is the "Stop Pulling and Be Calm!" training (name coined by the Captain), where you have to endure this situation and try to be calm, as however hard you pull, the rope won't be long enough to get you to the surface. So why are you trying the pull it? :^)
