Added 2025-05-07 23:36:07 +0000 UTCrecent exploration with mixed media (marker, color pencil, neocolor). it always feels really freeing to make art traditionally since so much of the finished work I make is done digitally. working with traditional materials helps me let loose and the absence of an undo button builds my confidence in trusting the process and laying down ideas. things build on each other in a fluid way that I find very satisfying. have also been trying to push my understanding of abstraction and training my eye to see shapes in everything in hopes of improving my ability to draw.

no joke i just googled "birds" and drew what came up xD I don't know the exact species, but if you do the same search you'll probably find similar results :3 also I tend to change up colors so it might be different
