Welcome to all our new OX Supporters Club members. It’s lovely to see you! We’re hoping this will be a fun, friendly place to hang out with fellow Outside Xbox and Outside Xtra viewers and an opportunity to reach us (Andy, Jane, Mike, Luke and Ellen) a little more regularly and a little more directly via our new Discord server.

If you lose access to the Discord channels at any point and feel like you should still have access to them, please check that your payment method has not expired. All this stuff is automated and that’s the most likely issue. If that’s not the problem, please drop us a message in the dedicated support channel in the Discord group and we’ll do our best to solve it.

We’ll be in the Discord regularly in all the various channels, but if there’s a particular question you want answered, feel free to leave it in the #🤔ask-the-team channel and we’ll aim to get it answered! As with all areas of the Discord, please keep it respectful.

As a new thing, the OX Supporters Club is a bit of a learning process for us, so please be patient as we get things right and make tweaks to better suit the needs of this community. Thank you for being involved and for your support, we are extremely thankful that you’re here!
