Okay I'd love to give some historical information I haven't gone off on on gay sex but i am DRAWING A BLANK. Uh... there's an art piece that Drew Pettifer did about the start of European gay history in Australia. Part of which is a video installation of two panels of two young men standing and looking at camera. The piece stands for The Wreck of the Zeeyjk, a dutch ship that put two young men to trial off of the WA coast for sodomy. the young men, poetically were punished by each being marooned on separate islands and left to die. Close to each other, but too far to connect in their final moments. =(
