NEW REAR BUMPERS AND STRONGER HALFSHAFTS

(make sure you use the tuning tab to line up the bumpers)
All bumpers come in single and stacked styles you can also put on the stuffed bumper jbeam to make the bumpers stronger. There are 2 ways to stuff bumpers each bend differently!
Added a bumper sticker slot as a placeholder just ignore it for now
Added new and stronger OUTLAW halfshafts to most compacts they will still break but it should last longer
Added some skins
Added NEW 92 Lumina Body with cut rear (see pic)

theres some cocidered fullsize and some compact. also some are under regular cars
