"A dark veil of night swept across the crowd, and the choir sang a dirge to a hero lost. Their voices flowed and echoed off the stone walls of the cathedral, which was lit by countless candles and encrusted with jewels on its towering spires and gilded altar. They sang in a dead language, but the melody caught in the air. The small crowd was silent; the song had left them without words."
Hey folks,
Here's a new track for you, based on a song suggestion from Bard tier supporter SoCalDad. He wanted some death / funeral themes in varying styles, so for this one I made a solemn, sacred piece with only choir, with the long reverb of a Cathedral.
Just the one alternate version for this track - I didn't want to ruin the simplicity of it by adding too extra stuff, but introducing some strings to accompany the choir worked nicely. Check out the preview for the 'Choir and Strings' version here (I've also attached the preview to this post
Thanks for your support last month! I'm away for a few weeks this month so don't fear if I go quiet for a bit! Though with any luck I'll still have some more tracks to upload before I go.
Minstrel Tier - the track
Troubadour Tier - the track with looping and 1 hour versions
Bard Tier - the track and alternate versions of the track with looping and 1 hour versions, plus uncompressed .wav versions of the track
