Misery upon those who venture there, a cursed land of watching eyes and wicked demons. Stray no further I say, lest they be the last steps you shall ever take.”

Hey folks, here’s a track in the Stealth and Subterfuge theme that was voted for by you lovely Patreon supporters. I’m away in Germany at the moment staying with my fiancée’s family, so I’m reliant on my portable setup (iPad, keyboard, unreliable internet streaming to my home PC for some stuff). With all that in mind, I’m really pleased with how this track turned out. Writing music remotely using entirely different methods can produce some interesting results, and I find my portable setup well suited to this kind of progressively evolving ambient soundscape.

An unsettling drone and the sound of creaking wood form the bedrock upon which a disturbing melody slowly rises, alongside a rattling shaker and deep drums for maximum tension! I hope you all enjoy listening.
