STDs added to the menu!

But I finally got everything worked out.

One of the biggest issues was that I couldn't fit all the STDs into the list, so I had to improvise a bit. I combined two STDs into one (hunger & thirst STDs went well together). Two others already shared a synergy (chills and fever, which replace the other one if you catch it, and then it lasts that much longer!), so I just had to do away with one of the variables and use the switches as references instead of the variable amounts.
I was initially going to leave areas blank where no STD was present, but all that blank space is a little unsightly. Plus I didn't have an easy way of hiding all the "0" numbers, making it even more awkward. So~ all those lines that read "healthy" might not necessarily be 100% true (like if Sienna's health is down to 20, she has multiple traumas, wounds, toxins, etc..), but it's really just intended to show that you don't have an STD in that area.
I'll should probably have tonics drastically reduce the duration of STDs, so I'll add that to my list of things to get done. I'm glad to finally have one more thing from the menus finished and off of my list. :)
