For me, I struggle alot with dejavu. I don't know if they thought you anything about it in your psychology classes, but yeah. I'm afraid of repeating things; especially if I get sent to the psyche ward (I have schizophrenia & am often relapsing-haven't been since early 2019 though, so I guess that's progress.), I tend to fear having to re-do things, like I'm stuck in some sort of loop that re-spawns me at the intakes.

Naturally the only ideas I have to offer have to do with what I’ve been currently struggling with or struggle with often. I think they could help others too though, these issues are definitely not exclusive to me and I’m interested in what you’d have to say about them. - Letting go of the idea that you need to be masterfully amazing at things to enjoy them, how letting go of that idea can even foster more growth than when you fixate on it. - Building self-confidence and fighting the urge to compare yourself to others, the topic of struggling with comparison in general (not just superficially). - Steering oneself away from a depressive episode when you can feel it coming or softening the blow of it, at least. Not letting it swallow you up. - Finding peace after traumatic/negative experiences with religion, specifically moving on from them without letting them totally taint your relationship with spirituality in general. I hope my public commenting makes others less shy to do so, privately or not, as more start seeing this. Just want more chatting going on here, honestly. 🥺💖
