Early Access 0.1617.0: New Sayori Alter Storyline Ending & CG Additions

For this release I've put together the last little bit of script I needed to complete the Sayori Alter path from last month. With that checked off the to-do list I'm free to pick another unwritten path to tackle and hope to make a decent start on it over the next week or so~
On the art front, I sought to replace a number of scenes that use the standard character sprites with CG art. The climactic scene during the Delusion storyline had its CG extended slightly to cover the entire part where the girls are sitting down, while a number of rooftop scenes throughout the game now use the generic rooftop CG assets after I had a bunch of new expressions added to it. I've always disliked having to use the sprites for these sitting down scenes (and lowering said sprites into the ground to give the impression that they're sitting), so I may make more visual upgrades on that front later.

ART: A number of rooftop scenes from the Sayori Alter, Hiroko Gullible, and Tennis Bot storylines have been changed to use the rooftop CG, which has been expanded to include new expressions
