I'm taking part once again in the Inktober challenge, which means by the end of the month I'll have finished 31 original ink drawings after doing one every day. I'm using a few different pens this time around, including my classic Pentel Pocket brush pen, my Kuretake Fudegokochi pen, and perhaps a little multiliner here and there when needed. I intend to go from what I learned last year to make a bunch more neat and interesting pieces this year! Here's #1:

Everyone will be able to see these drawings here on Patreon and on Twitter, as I will be posting them throughout the month. Just like last year, Patrons will get to be part of my Inktober journey in a special way! Those with Sketchbook Access - that's only $5+ per month - will be receiving higher resolution copies of all the drawings in the October sketch pack, which goes out in early November. Bug Club level patrons will each be able to choose an original drawing from the complete selection as their special gift, delivered in November.
To keep things fair, all Bug Club patrons' names will be scrambled to determine the order of choice. Each eligible patron also gets to choose a second image of which to receive a signed print, so even if you someone ahead of you chooses an original image you wanted, you'll still be able to get a physical copy of the artwork from me. All 31 ink drawings will be available to select in November.
I'll be posting the Inktober drawings regularly so you can see what the choices are shaping up to be! This is a great month to join up at any tier level, and if you enjoy my work, I humbly request you consider helping me make it for even just $1 a month. I am deeply grateful to those who have supported me so far and am pleased to share my journey as an artist with such a kind and generous creative community. Be well this autumn - keep warm - and STAY BUGGY! 🐛💖
