I forgot to share myself with myself.
I devote so much time to my friends, acquaintances, work, filming, cleaning, cooking and I do not find time at all to spend it alone with my thoughts.
I have always been considered and continue to be considered by relatives and friends as an extrovert - a sociable energetic girl who loves funny gatherings and new acquaintances. But actually it is not. I am an introvert who has to be an extrovert in order to survive in this society.
Why am I telling all this .... I finally realized the cause of my burnout. I just get lost in people and daily worries so much that I do not find myself there.
