I think Anthony actually says there are ten people on the launchpad waiting to board the blimp. He specifies there are two npc passengers who "don't matter" and are potential murder victims, but I just relistened as well and I'm almost positive he says there are ten people outside the blimp. Which is impossible unless unnamed crew members are also there. Anthony definitely references at least four crew people (two in the engine room, possibly more there, Cole, and Captain) then the six PCs, and two NPC passengers. And Freddie's fake character. Ten people on board isn't a hint, or a red herring, I think it's just an error. Don't get me wrong, I loved this miniseries. But the misdirection was very poorly done, even listening back knowing the reveal there's hardly any evidence. There just aren't enough group scenes, and it's too hard to make it clear someone is missing in an audio format! This would have worked very well on screen, and could have worked in a novel, but really didn't have a chance in an audio format.

It’s okay, buddy, the cast couldn’t figure it out either. Stop reading for spoilers, but they explain at the end that Will’s character kind of messed up a lot by obviously murdering the German man, who was blackmailing him. The actual murderer was Amanda/Freddy’s character, an unnamed thief, who was disguised as Belinda and Billy. He killed Jules and Cole in order to get to the rubies in the safe after robbing other people around Europe, then using the blimp to escape to Greece.

There were 7 players plus Anthony all juggling their own storylines and goals, and they did phenomenally. Was it because the other guys were going to try to steal them? If they ALREADY owned the rubies they didn't have to steal them so what was the point?
