potential spoilers up to ep.40 - The choice to put the doodler in as a teen is amazing - my initial thought was that it's a mirror for the teens to see themselves in since it ends up reflecting their behaviors and not just rebel against their parents but be better. The insight that- the dads look worse once they realize the doodler was a misunderstood evil is interesting. I don't think that's emphasized in the main feed, but they also sat in the throne, they would understand the doodler just as well.

Big agree with Will about waiting to reveal the Dads thing, as an audience member it gets tiring being teased and advertised to with characters you loved from past shows to make sure you watch more. This way it was just a lovely surprise and made the episode pop way more

Fuck yes, musical theater rep! And 25th annual Putnam county spelling Bee is amazing. Loved playing Rona Lisa Perreti, but Doralee in 9 to 5 was probably my favorite musical character I've done. Might I add for anyone who likes Lord of the rings and musicals y'all need to look up Lord of the rings The musical. It's fantastic. I want to play Galadriel one day but sadly I have the build of a Hobbit.
