I thought that this small detail was neat: Way back when they introduced horoscopes, it was revealed that Shirogane is superstitious, and that he didn't want his compatibility with Kaguya to be revealed because the horoscope said it was only a 50% chance. Now with the fortune teller, Shirogane asks for the fortune "IF we got married," which will give a fortune that doesn't tell Kaguya about the 50% outcome. Also in both situations, they both described Kaguya the same way, with how she can change based on her surroundings.
