2024-03-16 22:08:40 +0000 UTCwe unfortunately never got a follow up to Tygrus and the good doctor in the animated series (the Doctor did escape Arkham once in the comics though, because of course he did), it's a shame, they could have probably done something with him in the Justice League animated series with Cheetah (she's one of Wonder Woman's villains), give him some kind of happy ending at least.
