2023-11-14 18:33:27 +0000 UTCI really like Frosch as well. Such a cutie :) Laxus just has a lacrima for dragon slayer magic, so he "doesn't count" as one, for a lot of people, including Makarov. At least for Exceed, that seems to be true. Only those dragon slayers who were trained by actual dragons seem to have cat partners for some reason. I wonder if there's any reason for that aside from the author trolling xD

Also what is it with dragon slayers and cats, honestly Laxus needs to get ahead on his game and find himself one too, he's falling out of the trend as a dragon slayer Sabertooth is going to be a fun rival, Natsu and the company may be badass but the world's moved beyond them in the 7 years they've been gone, not to mention having to deal with whatever Zeref comes up, and lets not even speak about surviving another Acnologia encounter.
