Yeah, and it’s not just Kuro. Each of the dragons have worshipers. And they’ve shown three of the worshipping species. Kuro has the vampires, who can pray to her and get black dragon scales to withstand the sun. The Red Queen has the Lamia, who can pray for her blessing and temporarily become smaller dragons themselves. The blue dragon has the mermaids. Can pray for dragon legs and eventually wings. There are also the three other dragons whose worshipers haven’t been shown in the show. Also while not one of the dragons, the being the dragons destroyed, the chaos, is what the demons like Aletta pray to.
