It's about US laws. The way they're made it's easier to just outright ban stuff. Youtube isn't a children's platform and never has been so, but sadly some legislators, in response to lazy parents who just led their children watch stuff unsupervised, have passed very restrictive laws that means that it's way easier to just outright ban if in doubt.

You should expect youtube to at some point remove stuff you post. Also, already having been removed once might mean there's automatic systems where you've been flagged, so are under more scrutiny.
