This episode was simultaneously agitating and cathartic, here we deal with the civilian population, or at least the ones sheltered at UA, at their most selfish, where they misdirect their anger and spite at Midoriya and other heroes, especially Midoriya.
Midoriya has literally done nothing to deserve this scorn however due to the fact they lack the context of many aspects of this situation and the fact they have suffered from the near collapse of the flawed Hero society they lived in; they now have directed all of that disdain and misguided anger at Midoriya and Heroes in general.
They point out that the Heroes failings is what lead to this situation, a situation which they did all they reasonably could to try and stop and the fact that All for One is after Midoriya. They lack the context as to why he is after him which is that Midoriya is literally the only individual who stand a chance at stopping him.
The catharsis of the scene is Uraraka and the other heroes telling them the reason for Midoriya's need to rest and why All for One is targeting them. We get extra catharsis when Uraraka points out Midoriya's reason for not being there in the first place which bring to light his heroics outside the city like how he helped that girl who was rejected from shelters for her looks.
We also get some good interactions with Kota, that girl from earlier and that first guy Midoriya talked to at the beginning of MHA. This episode is especially good for the fact they conclude (as far as I'm aware since I've only watched the anime and am not that far in the manga) Uraraka's character arc, finding or maybe revealing the answer to her question, who protects the heroes when they are hurting. It's just a really cathartic and satisfying episode.

And this is what happens when a entire society grows up under the watchful eye of All Might. A man who was actually too good at keep the world safe, and now that he's gone, the country expects the rest of the heroes to keep it up, but they just can't compare to All Might's level. Society has been spoiled rotten by All Might being too good at his job.

I don't know what gives you that idea. Venture Brothers has always been a sponsored series. Wholesome Deus has been kind enough to be sponsoring that show for us for over 2 years now, and we've had the same pace of one episode per month all along. None of that has changed.

11:58 Sadly Eel Boy died during the big fight from earlier in the season. He was among the casualties. One of Twice's doubles ended up killing him.
15:47 that guy with the stars coming out of him was someone Izuku met during season 1. He asked Izuku if he admires heroes and wants to be one and encouraged him to go for it. Its nice to see him be a voice of reason.

Good moment for Ochako. This made her stand out and finally gave her some kind of spotlight to be a true hero

I guess we're just not doing Venture Bros anymore?
