Dev Update - Release 12.5 Progress #1

Hey I’m back again with an update on R12.5 progress. I have to admit, there isn’t really a whole lot to talk about since a lot of what’s coming you’ve already seen. So I’ll keep it short!

Atonia Stage Intros

So as usual I’ve put together some quick story events to kick off her new stage of content. As is now common, the two paths share a fair bit of the event, but each with their own distinct variations depending on which path you choose to view.

Atonia Apartment Events

I’ve already put together a couple of the options that will be available at Atonia’s apartment. One has a couple sub choices (so two per path) and the other is a more traditional start to finish kinda deal (again, with path variants).

I still have one more style of event to implement, which is the ones with random small sub variants (repeatable style, you saw at the club recently). All three styles together should hopefully make going through the content a bit more interesting!

Overall I think there will be 6 or so events available over the course of Atonia’s schedule, with numerous sub options depending on whichever style I’ve gone for. Should make for a good bang for buck approach, one I’ll probably continue with other characters if it works out well.

High Tier Poll Results

I asked the high tier patrons to pick a character that will get an MC oriented club event. Jen was the obvious winner. It was a very decisive poll, so I won’t bother with a graph. Expect a new Jen Club event to be in R12.5! Thanks to everyone that voted!

Conclusion

So that’s what I’ve been working on. I’m actually pretty pleased with the progress so far, so I’m pretty confident to be able to turn this one around in the 4-6 weeks window. One of my goals is to get this out a couple weeks before I release my next game “Sins of Night”. But more on that later ;)
