Dev Update - R11.5 Plans

Hope you’re all enjoying R11! With its completion, we’ve reached an important milestone in the game’s development. With all the characters now more or less at their endgame, the nature of releases will be changing going forward.

A Quick Overall Look Ahead

So my long term plans for the next bunch of releases is just to start filling out the endgame of every character. While also finishing off the office and club storylines. Taking us ever closer to finishing the game entirely.

Without the need to deliver entire character content stages all at once, This should mean that releases can now be smaller and more frequent. I’ll ideally be keeping them in the 4-6 week cycle range. Obviously this will be expanded as needed, but I’d rather avoid any more 2 month+ wait times (for now at least).

I’ll be utilizing the polls a fair bit to aid in all this. And while on that topic, I wanted to mention I am likely not going to do the big general poll for Fiona like I did with most of the other characters. Reason being; she just doesn’t really have that many individual content sets. I’ll just give her a fair amount of new content when I get around to it.

I do want to poll the next Jen porn career scene sometime soon. So keep an eye out for that! In the meantime, this is what I’m planning to tackle in the coming 11.5 release.

Lydia Gym Content P2

I had to push this back because of R11’s size, so it’s only appropriate I get this done ASAP.  Expect the continuation of the content you saw a couple releases ago, and the end of the fitness progression. Should make for a reasonably substantial set of content.

Pregnancy System

Due to popular demand, I’m going to devote some time to implementing this feature.

Now this content is a little more complicated, as I’ve mentioned before. There’s a bunch parts to implementing this for all characters. The background code, consequential events, and events to trigger the whole thing.

The first two can be done in the scope of R11.5. The last, not so much. Since not all characters have the sandbox events available for you to do the deed so to speak. Jen on the other hand, well she has plenty.

So as far as R11.5 goes, we’re looking at a full Jen implementation. For other characters it’s going to depend on time constraints. I’ll probably do a lot of the background code work for everyone all at once, so it’s ready to go once the supporting content is added to the other characters (stage intros, sandbox events etc). So expect over time to see the feature being “unlocked” for other characters as it becomes possible to do so.

Lydia already has a few opportunities to take advantage of the system, so I’ll implement her as well if time allows. The actual mechanics I’ll talk more about in later update posts.

Other Content

This is something I’ll have to decide further into R11.5’s development. The two main features above could take a fair bit of time, so I won’t commit to anything just yet. At a minimum, I’ll be doing a high tier poll. Probably for a Lydia sandbox scene but we’ll see.

Release Window

As mentioned, I’m looking to stick to a 4-6 week cycle. So that’s the time frame we’re looking at for R11.5. I’ll take as long as I need to get the content done and keep you updated on a potential release date in later update posts.
