Hey everyone. I'm writing the last scene of Holly for the Holidays: BOOK Four today, after which I will edit it and publish. It should go live in a couple of days. It comes to between 75k and 80k words, the longest story I've written since Addicted to Womanhood Book One, and covers a lot of territory. I hope that you will like it.
It was difficult to write Holly Book Four, and took more than a week longer than I expected, even with illness factored in. I think I'm a little burned out on our bodysuited heroine for the moment, and have decided to take a short break to write a one-shot standalone novel, the cover of which you can see above. Hopefully it wont take more than two weeks to finish it, and then I can get back to Holly again, or do another one shot stand alone book depending on how I feel.
The Wedding Date will mark a new first for me: it will be my first fully genre-standard gender bending romance novel. I've written a lot of gender bending erotica with romance in them but this will be the first book I've written specifically as a romance novel, following the genre 'beat sheet.' It should not mark a major change for you, as a reader, because let's be honest--my erotica's not exactly dripping with sex and nudity and cum. The level of erotica/sexual/gender bending content should remain roughly similar to what you're seeing in I, Werewoman and Holly.
This doesn't mean I'm going to stop writing erotica. Far from it. There are some stories I want to tell which cannot be told as anything other than erotica, and some of them are much sexier than anything you've seen from me thus far. But there's a bunch of romance storylines that I want to write too (I kinda wish, looking back now, that I had written Holly as a single-volume romance novel, although it would have been hella long even in a single volume novel. Maybe a series of novels? 2 or 3?) and this is the first one that I've decided to do. It's a pretty basic genre staple formula, with a gender bending twist: boy needs date to wedding, boy asks gender bending chick to be his date, they show up at wedding together and after resisting it for a while, fall in love. Hi-jinks ensue, new relationship is imperiled, but hopefully everything works out in the end.
I hope you'll like it.
