Update on Holly for the Holidays Part Four
Added 2020-01-01 13:30:06 +0000 UTCGonna have to delay publishing this installment by a day. Am currently at 38k words (35k of which is fully edited) and still have 3 major scenes to write. Will need one more day. Will be 40-45k when I publish it tomorrow. I COULD publish it as is, but in trying to respond to feedback about the story moving too slowly, I think if I publish it without the remaining 3 scenes then the installment will feel incomplete, so I'm gonna wait one more day and get it done right. I'm currently averaging something like 7-15k words per day right now, but the last few days have been a bit slower because I've gotten sick, blech.
A LOT happens in this installment: a second transformation, several scenes of trying to understand/cope with Geoffrey/Holly's evolving gender identity issues, a very sexy flirty scene with a new character who appears in the preview scene of Part One but hasn't otherwise been seen thus far, a big fight between Henry and Holly over her evolving sense of self, a key decision on Holly's part, several Holiday-related scenes at the D'Angelo family home, including some cute family bonding moments, a bit of romance, some more suspicious behavior on the part of Henry's younger sister Viola, a tantalizingly brief sexy solo scene, and the suspenseful set up for Part Five.
