By the way, the explosive that was used rectally on Translucent is called "Plastique" or "Plastic", and it has that name due to its physical properties. Although it is a solid explosive, it is malleable, like plasticine or modeling clay (as opposed to brittle or rigid). A common type of plastic explosive is C-4, or Composition 4. They all have extremely high lethality, and are favored because of their "directionality" (shaped charges) and efficacy (a little does a lot). The one thing I thought was "fortuitous" was that the matter that they had to clean up was visible. It would have been much more difficult to clean up the place if Translucent had stayed in his morphed phase. I chalk that up to "writer's prerogative" and "dramatic effect".

I agree, I love all these characters. Even though The Seven are the worst corrupt superheroes, Homelander is the worst of them all. His character has so many issues. He’s a monster, a sick twisted man, he is so far gone that he can’t be redeemed. You will see his back story later in this season and you’ll know why he is the way he is

I LOVE this show, Matt!! It has become a bit of a binge watch show for me now. I was so tired after doing a reaction video last night but I wanted to watch The Boys as well, so I just filmed another reaction to The Boys 😂😂😂. It's a very addictive show. The writing is so witty, the acting is impeccable. This show is an A+ for me 🔥🔥🔥

I love The Boys, it is bonkers. It is based on the comic book series, it is a great adaptation. I love how the writers were able take these characters and trying to bring them into our world and make them more relevant to the problems that we face today. And the team of superheroes called The Seven are basically the version of the Justice League except they’re all corrupted and abusing their abilities for their own fame and power. My favorite character in this show is Billy Butcher. Overall, I’m glad that you’re liking the show so far, and can’t wait for you to see what’s to come next. If you think this season is crazy, without spoiling anything season two gets crazier

I agree about the Watchmen movie. It is that good! Fair warning that absolutely nothing is sacred (no pun intended) with Preacher, so it can get quite uncomfortable in subject matter and gore to watch at times, but it's also very rewarding if you've got a twisted sense of humor. I'm pretty sure it's not going to be one that's suitable for YouTube reactions. 😋

I love it too! I haven't seen Preacher OR Watchmen the series - but I've seen Watchmen the movie and it's my favorite Superhero movie of all time 😀🔥👍🏻

I love the irreverent, dark humor in this series. It's possibly the best since Preacher - which turns the dial up on dark humor to 11. I admit I haven't seen what the Watchmen series has to offer yet, but all 3 come from great comic source material. Anyway, it's great watching you become a fan of this show too. There's a lot of fun ahead!
