2023-11-17 16:29:13 +0000 UTCI feel like when analysing the change in Kyle we have to consider the tragic death (suicide?) of her best friend Lorene. I don't think they've mentioned it on the show but I feel like that had to have had a huge impact on her and made her really step back and reevaluate her life, as losing someone so close to you in such a tragic way often does. I have been a Kyle hater for many years but I have a lot of empathy for her in this situation (and in her situation with Kathy tbh, that woman is scary). I am enjoying this new journey she is going on and honestly really rooting for her to do what makes her happy going forward instead of just trying to maintain this image of a perfect life and perfect family while suffering silently. I am honestly glad she is done trying to win the approval of her sisters and her husband and her friends, and is just doing shit her way. Love that for her.
