How To Make Build Ups

I know it's late but i didnt want to hold out any longer. I'm in Denver, unpacked, sitting in a hotel room and uploaded the new one for you guys. I'll be a nomad for the next month or so, so i'll be coming to you from different spots around the country. But enough about that, this one is all about making a build up!
It was initially meant to be a fair quick run through so i didnt drag on too much but an hour flew by haha.
I know build ups used to be a bit of a crux for me, i never know how to start them or what to fill them with or what made them effective! Hopefuly this debunks a few things for you guys.
