"NECTAR" Work in Progress Sketch

Hi peeps,

Some of you may remember an earlier iteration of this idea from my Patreon lenses. I updated the sketch over the last few days and I think this will be the final version.
I'll start painting this week.

I am not entirely sure what the colour scheme will be, I am going back and forth between having it with high contrast, either with black or white birds, or having it low contrast, very light and airy. Maybe a mix of both....Maybe black hummingbirds with the rest of the painting very light....I'm not sure...
I don't feel up to making colour comps, I want to jump straight into painting, so we'll see how that goes.

It looks like the snake might win, although I'll be honest, I love my sneyel, so I might order a few pins of that one, if I can afford it, haha. I'll keep you updated obviously :)
