Here is the changelog for 0.43:
* ~15 new scenes and events
* 7 new full animations
* 250+ new renders, ~500 including animations
* more scenes featuring a lot of girls at the same time
* main story and associated side stories continued
* languages besides the selected will now only load when the language menu is opened, which will lead to considerably shorter startup times for the game, especially on mobile
