Hail Dicktator 0.39 free public release and 0.40 changelog

The free version will be released in less than 2 hours on F95. The patreon versions will be released here at the same time.

I did some heavy memory optimizations and restored the android version to high quality, which should get rid of the blurriness, and still be more stable than the last version. At least on paper, since you never know with android...

Both chapters for mobile will be available in higher quality from now on. Let me know if there are any more problems with it.

Known issue: there is some weird thing going on with the gallery pictures. It's only visually, and the gallery still fully works. But since I plan to overhaul the whole gallery anyways, I thought it would be more efficient to handle the bug then.

* ~200 new static renders, ~400-500 new renders in total
