Some subscribers have resubscribed to the Gold Tier, but the payments have not been approved so I am unable to send you the rewards. I'm currently working on solving this problem, please bear with me. I apologize for the inconvenience.

It was probably because I changed my tier later. Some who did it earlier might have done it before your refund was applied or before the refund went through. So the app might believe the payment was made, then the refund was applied so the apo wont apply the charge cause it belived it was done but the amount paid was then refunded. Even after your refund went through it still said said "edit your $15 pledge" as an option for a bit. so it believed i had that as a pledge still.

2023-08-11 03:56:24 +0000 UTCeven when you resubscribe to another tier patreon will take the previous level of payment and only charge if there is a difference. if you go to a lower tier it will not charge any more for the month. so there would be no way to get the rewards for this month cause patreon thinks we paid and wont make us pay more. if he would have just refunded the difference in price between gold and husband tier and send eveyone that level their wouldnt be much of an issue.

I ask because regarding other patreons where I'm a sub, the first payment was made at the exact moment of the first subscription, and all subsequent ones are scheduled on the first of the month https://i.imgur.com/3tv3eOY.png

2023-08-10 15:49:46 +0000 UTCI suspected that something bad happened due to the automatic refund for the black/husband level, in fact as I told you in DM and you specify in this post, the payment of the gold level on paypal did not start despite the subscription being done. for our part I don't know how to solve it other than waiting for the end of the month when theoretically it should take $10. Don't worry :) hoping for good news we look forward to updates, take care. oh, I almost forgot to ask you: I suppose the black tier isn't available because of your previous post where you explained that you wouldn't be able to get the "extra" rewards for August, right? did I get it right?
