Looks like Brown hair, and thus unassuming in a crowd, is the most popular result, but I want to narrow down on some distinct eye color possibilities.
Assume her eye color was 'normal' and then potentially 'changed slightly,' upon becoming a werewolf.
For the abnormal shades, think of 'Dark Cherries' and 'Bluish Purple Grapes' (red tint to brown and blue).
Basic idea would be 'red tint' upon becoming a werewolf (in human form), and shifts to 'honey gold' as a wolf. Her eyes glow bright gold at nighttime or under certain circumstances, such as when she is about to transform, but the base werewolf color is that of honey.
