As per your request, here is a basic reference guide for HTG. I will be adding to it and making it into a more presentable guide eventually. For now though, I hope it helps.

Dashkatul: The Kuwathi name for the Cursed Edict, meaning "Fate's Prison."
6. Known Boundaries
First Boundary: Finding the Spiritual Realm (or Realm of Dreams) and tethering one's will to it.
Second Boundary: The heart becomes a conduit for the soul's power. This makes the control of Mana more visceral and allows for a more seamless flow of mana between the runes of a runed individual.
Third Boundary: Blood infuses Mana from the heart throughout the body, improving and strengthening organs. This results in more efficient breathing, increased resistance to poisons and illnesses, and exponentially faster healing time.
Fourth Boundary: Mana begins to improve the physical structure of the body, increasing bone density, tendon strength, and muscle capabilities.
Fifth Boundary – Elemental Resonance: This is the first step of external power projection, where a user’s soul resonates with a fundamental element or concept. This allows for intuitive, passive influence over that element.
Sixth Boundary – Elemental Control: Moving beyond passive resonance to active and forceful manipulation of an element. A user at this level could command gales of wind, or shape stone and fire. This is a more refined and potent external control.
Seventh Boundary – Matter Manipulation: The ability to influence physical matter at a molecular level. This would be a higher order of control than simply moving an element. A user could potentially increase the density of an object to make it stronger, change its state (e.g., turning water to ice instantly), or repair complex machinery with a touch so long as they understand the fundamentals behind it.
Eighth Boundary – Energy Transmutation: The power to convert and manipulate pure energy. A user could absorb kinetic energy from a blow, convert stored Mana directly into plasma or electricity without a weapon, or create shields of pure force.
Ninth Boundary: Unknown.
