Game of Thrones Season 4 Episode 5 & 6

Episode 6 was our favorite of the season so far!
SO MUCH CHAOOOOOOOSSSSS!
Cannot wait for more :)
Wow, pretty harsh judgement of Theon’s character and of anyone sympathizing for him. Most viewers hated Theon too and thought the initial torture he received was well deserved. However, after a while it became cruel and psychotic to continue torturing him to the point of him sleeping in a kennel, not remembering who he is, and not believing that was really his sister Yara coming to save him. Really hard to watch that happen to anyone. Ramsey telling him to pretend to be Theon, someone who he believes he isn’t any longer, is really sad and shows what a sicko Ramsey is. Even Lord Bolton said Ramsey was taking it too far. And we aren’t weird for sympathizing for Theon at this point. Even Mrs. October commented it was sad. Idk, Mr. October, you were rooting for Joffrey and think Marjorie is evil, so your opinion of Theon shouldn’t come as a surprise. You might be a little psychotic too. 😜

Yup. People get so ridiculous with these things. The show is never enough. Watch this too. Then watch that too. And then this too. Etc.
I want our reactors to experience the show for themselves, not have it explained to them by the show runners.

So you don't believe in mental illness and psychological manipulation? Because that happened after he did all that, after he met Ramsey. No one on earth deserves to be emotionally and psychologically manipulated into a state of severe PTSD. But I also understand some people either don't believe in or lack awareness about neurology and mental health.

This was my favorite episode of GOT and Peter Dinklage's acting is so amazing. Everytime he gives his confession I get chills. Just another amazing part of this amazing show. Also The Hound and Arya together are hilarious. Their banter is brilliant.

In Season 3 Episode 6 Littlefinger tells Varys, " Chaos isn't a pit, Chaos is a ladder." To me this just shows how he creates chaos to turn people against each other and then takes advantage of their differences and disputes to reach his desired destination....ultimately the Iron Throne.
Lord Baelish is known as Littlefinger only because while raised with the Tully children, Catelyn, Lysa and Edmure, he was given that nickname. He was short, small, and his family's land was on the smallest peninsula called "The Fingers" (It was in the Histories and Lore you watched)
I agree....Theon absolutely deserves what he's suffered but Not the continuous torture. Even though i believe he earned his punishment, I have PTSD and I have to say, it's heartbreaking to see his. Death would be a welcomed relief to him at this point. Alfie Allen portrays it so accurately.
I read an article about GOT and achieving power...it said "Power can be achieved through Honor, Strength and Knowledge. Different types of people strive for power using different methods. The question is....can true power really be achieved through only one of those means or is it ultimately achieved by someone who has all three?"
Oh and of course, Tyrion is a champ! That was an epic stance he took at the end....one of the best moments of the show. He's definitely top 3 characters for me!
Thanks for the reaction! Loved it as always! Love you guys!

I’m glad u guys were dialed in and knew right away what the conversation between Little Finger and Lysa was about. Little Finger is the reason the whole war started in the first place. I’ve seen a couple ppl reacting to this and it just went completely over there head

This episode solidified Peter Dinklage as a world class actor. His delivery at the end is probably my favorite moment in the show. You can just feel his whole world crashing around him because of Shae betraying him just like what happened to him with the other whore he "married" years earlier that was really just a cruel trick on him.

I totally understand why you don’t wanna watch the Inside the Episodes. I personally really liked watching them. I think it more so helps with the details. I don’t think watching those changed my opinions on anything or affected my watching experience in a negative way at all

He burned 2 innocent boys and took Winterfell out of feeling like an unloved kid, with all due respect and love… down with Theon. He’s lucky he only got his man part chopped off, I would’ve done worse to him 🤣🤣

Hi, this is just for good debate, but I must say if he was psychologically strong enough to behead an innocent man, burn children alive. Whether by his hand or his order. And murdered how many men at winterfell? I’m so sorry but if he is man enough to do all that I don’t wanna hear him crying cause he had his penis cut off. He deserved EVERYTHING he gets. And so much more. He is the ghoul. And he is no less innocent just cause you like his character. I have said in the show that he needs to be murdered and put down not tortured because torture is wrong but the idea that he does not deserve. It is a little weird to me. Of course he does tell it to those kids to their parents. He can be tortured for infinity for all I care. Respectfully. He was a spineless coward devil before he ever was captured. That’s why he’s in this position to begin with.

To any salty about the books not being finished, listen to their revelations in these eps. GRRM explained it, it's hard to tell a story revealing that the butler did it when people know the butler did it.

I feel like I gotta push back here a bit and say that Theon isn't "spineless" - he's got terrible PTSD. He had body parts removed from him, he's been tortured and psychologically manipulated. He received MORE than enough punishment for his sins. He's lost his identity completely. That's not spineless - that's the destruction of his concept of self. Killing him for his murders would have been just. This was cruel, ghoulish, and psychopathic.

Y'all already know this is chess it ain't checkers. It's great hearing your predictions and guesses. So we're really appreciating the extra time you spent after both of these episodes to show what you're kinda thinking going forward.
When this series is over there should be a compilation video of your best guesses with a few terrible ones thrown in for fun.
Tyrion's trial was some great acting by Peter Dinklage and one of my favorite scenes. Tyrion's in my top three GOT characters for sure.

There is still gold - Tywin was talking about how the Lannister mines, specifically, have run out of gold.
