Oof, couldn't disagree with Tony more. Y'know, we only saw 30 minutes of their 15 year long relationship lol. Frank was tired of living with his disease, and he didn't see an end to it. I think he wanted to die on his terms rather than have Bill witness him get weaker and weaker, because that ultimately would make Bill even sadder. They're old and they're satisfied, as Bill put it. They had a great life together!
