Weekend WIP

I know I said I'd post a new public update this week and then I didn't do it. π¦π¦π¦ I kinda changed my mind yesterday after packing preorders for 8 hours and not getting as far as I would have liked, LOL.
German post service has implemented a few new things this year, which means I had to create a business account on their website and buy/print my shipping labels from their web shop. That also means I have to copypaste every single address line into their forms manually instead of my old method, which was copypasting entire addresses into an InDesign document and print like 20 labels at once. It doesn't help that the login phase for the website is really short, if I take too long it'll log me out again mid order and delete all my progress and make me start over π Or it'll just throw me a 404 out of nowhere. Fun times!
This whole process still seems very non intuitive to me, hopefully I'll be able to fall into some kind of rhythm. I thought of another method I wanna try that could help streamline my workflow a bit better and be less confusing OTL I have to triple check every order just to make sure I don't accidentally have typos or missing lines in the shipping labels or put the wrong invoices with the orders etc dsfgsdf I swear at some point I won't be able to do this alone anymore.
My favourite part of this process is slowly seeing my mountain of boxes full of books get smaller |D Soon I will have room in my apartment again!! Then I might finally replace the corner they're currently occupying with a cabinet or something.
ANYWAY, back to the topic at hand.
I'm postponing the new public update to JULY 1ST! That's not too long of a wait and it gives me time to invest in packing more books instead of spending hours on update prep. Cutting and arranging the panels always takes so long π¦ But I'm definitely going to do it on the 1st!
The new update for $5 gemlins will come next week, too! I have 2 panels left to line on the last page and then colour them all, that should be doable if I keep at it :')

The books are currently not in stock, but they will be available again some time in autumn!! :) Patrons will be the first to know about it, so you definitely still have the chance to get a copy! I just can't take any extra orders outside of my shop right now, mostly for tax reasons, sorr ; _;
