heya! what programm are you using? the brush i use to colour most things including hair is this one: <a href="https://assets.clip-studio.com/ja-jp/detail?id=1700599" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://assets.clip-studio.com/ja-jp/detail?id=1700599</a> it is kinda soft depending on the pressure you use to apply the colour, it blends very nicely but with the right pressure can be very blocky in places too and as you can see on the website it does have a nice texture as well. i think especially for hair its always good to have a nice mix of blended areas and also sharp edges, so maybe just applying darker colours with a regular hard brush &then blending parts of it might help?
