Let me introduce Maia. A kindhearted mermaid living in the Pacific Ocean. She likes sharks, pretty seashells and finding new things.

Alongside an unfortunate shipwrecked sailor for scale.

This is an early concept sketch wich is a result of the character designing process. This image won't go to Deviantart for months. And even when it does, it will be censored. Maia will be the star of a Comic Series coming not so soon. I'm going to begin it's release in Spring 2018, as I would like to finish some of my ongoing projects first.
