2025-01-20 11:19:03 +0000 UTCWhenever someone I love is ill I try to gently remind them that not resting enough while ill is increasing the risk for post viral fatigue like ME/CFS and long covid. When ill, rest, even more than you think you should rest. And as much as I'm aching for more podcasts, I would hate it if any podcast maker would sacrifise health to make them. So at least from me, if any illness (or other life events) ever stand in between you and your podcasting schedule, I value your wellbeing more than my entertainment, and I'll just relisten to old episodes until you're back. Sounds like you're already doing that but wanted to say I'm fine with any delays anytime. Love you all, and all your shows <3

After listening to the latest ep I thought how rude of me to just jump in halfway through of a story so we’ve had to start from ep 1 for context which he’s enjoying.
