Fixing the Wheego's Brake Lights

Captain Bob! I posted this in the comments on the video but thought you might come nearer seeing it here. A multimeter will often show continuity even with burnt contacts. They use a very tiny current to check the circuit which is great if you're testing some delicate electronics. Unfortunately a weak connection will often handle that tiny current with no trouble, but fail when trying to supply a load.

Release it, it gives us a small wheego update, and shows that not everything goes right.

I think you should keep the AWLEVs (olives?) as patreon exclusives. Gives patrons something extra, but it doesn't mean that the non-patronizing are missing out on anything super significant.

I made the special intro to make it absolutely clear this isn't the norm, but I should add something to the title or thumbnail to indicate. I don't want someone going through my backlog to have to avoid a mine field of AWLEV videos. They should be clearly labeled

I'd say release it. The long-form videos are great, but little ones with lower production value don't detract from the "real" ones. Just as long as AWLEV doesn't become the new norm. Maybe it's a good idea to clearly label the AWLEV vids in the title/thumbnail? The bespoke intro skit is definitely handy too in this regard 😄

I vote you release it. I like this kind of content & I feel like the internet as a whole would, too. More videos can't hurt; even your 'low effort' stuff is pretty great.

Your vids are smart and funny even when doing awlevlog(?) stuff. I would put them out there for all the subscribers. But, I would make this two videos. One for the lights and one for the bus seats. Also, I would call the Weego video what it is “5 minutes of me not fixing the Weego brake lights”. That’s a Capn Bob joke right?

I think they are a nice way to keep your patrons in the loop and give them an extra benefit for supporting you. I say keep them exclusive.

Keep it exclusive for a few days, then release it to the public.
