I have to admit I'm continuing to struggle. Last year was incredibly rough and there's still shockwaves from it. I have now developed such a severe anxiety about posting videos I become physically sick about doing so.

I thin I would have loved it as a little kid too. Your videos are great, they are funny and interesting, and also something unique in the "nerdy/retro" genre. The Octavius channel is a real highlight on youtube.

DeepestBlueDragon told me to try exiting and re-joining the Discord server, so that it would show my Patron status and give me proper access to the additional channels... So I left the server, but now it won't let me back in at all. All I see when I try to connect through here is "NO TEXT CHANNELS" and "You don't have access to any text channels, or there are none in this server." Can anyone assist?

In the end,... istn't your channel about all the imperfect games and tats? What is perfection and things with out flaws? Boring! Only if we arise from utter shit and keep on fighting it, we can tell good from bad. So go on! your as good as you get, and the rest of the world is as bad as it's gets, to ask it in the words of monthy phyton: "what you gonna loose?" "nothing"🥳

Tomy and, to an even bigger extent, Tiger, were seen as the kings of cheap wannabe electronic toys in the 80s and 90s, but there is still a certain charm to their products. I remember the Tomy water games quite fondly, as lame as they actually were. Also, we know it's hard to ignore the rough comments that trolls and other pesky people constantly drop online everywhere, but when you feel anxious about your online presence, try to think about it from a logical stance. Check all the positive comments you constantly get here and on YouTube, check the overwhelmingly positive like/dislike ratio your videos have, look at the patreons that are supporting you every month for your hard work. Those are signs that you are doing something good and making other people's lives better. Trolls will always be trolls and continue to exist, specially on the internet. Positive reinforcement is essential and your patreons want to give you that. Cheers, and keep focusing on your cute mice, they deserve love as well!

2024-02-05 18:04:40 +0000 UTCNice little toys. I once loved a similar version of such toys one friend had, but it was an actual little car on a moving flat roller pattern. As it was just a clear window, it wasn't really as satisfying but i still liked that you technically wasn't turning into nothingness. NOW THIS HOWEVER, the display is looking awesome, and while the principle is the same, it still far more distilled as it has a convincing perspective effect and hide the rolling pattern until your turn it on. Would have getting that as a kid. Especially the one with the light, i would have put it on top of my pedal cycle thing for sure.
