The Merry Month of June

Or, what have I been up to lately?

June has been a super busy month for Sandra and I so far. The month started with getting ready for Denver Pridefest, which was on Father’s Day weekend. We really did it up this year with a double booth, new canvas prints, and new tees. The weekend was -amazing- with SO much love and support, surrounded by good friends. We will be planning on attending a few more Pride events next year!

Since we’ve returned home it’s been full of catching up on errands, online orders, and chores that were neglected getting ready gor the show.

Unfortunately Sandra had a bad fall the other day and is in a lot of pain, so I am having to help her a great deal. It is my pleasure to do so, but it is doubling my work load and leaving me little to no time for art right now.

The good news is that I personally don’t have a show that I am leaving to until Dragon Con the weekend of Aug 29th, however I will be assisting Sandra with getting ready for her annual trip to Pennsic War at the end of July. So I have a ton of design work to do for new t-shirt designs and other products, plus I will be assisting Sandra with all of her matting, framing, and other physical tasks until she recovers. I will post snippets of those designs here and there, and will try to sneak in some commission and/or personal work this coming month as well.

I am hoping that by the time Sandra leaves for Pennsic (hopefully fully recovered) I will be able to then focus on playing catch up on my own art and work before I have to prepare for Dragon Con. Maaaybe even get my novel “Heat” to a point where I can shove it at an editor? *fingers crossed*

So that is where I am at currently. I thank you guys for sticking with me when things get this hectic and I am not able to post as much. Your support means the world ❤️
