I've kinda wondered if people really understood Donna and her "family"'s backstory. For those who don't know, Donna is based on the flash game "Dad n' Me" which was a Newgrounds Original. It followed the antics of a kid and his dad while basically ravaging the neighborhood, hence the violent nature of her family.
Much of her story revolves her family but it's not very clear about what her family actually is like. And I wonder if this lewd picture makes sense without that context.
Maybe backstory is something we need to work on more? :o
