Clone Wars Episode 305 (046) *FULL LENGTH REACTION

Tuesday Clone Wars?!

What is this madness!?

Most of Season 3 are 3 episode arcs, so it only made sense to fix my uploads to make sure each arc is released in the same week!  I feel it's much better to have them one day after the other instead of having 2 episodes 1 week, then waiting 5 days for the third episode of the arc.

MORE MANDALORE!!! Plus, HUGE bonus, we see that Satine and Padme are good friends!

I think it's great that they are showing how there's corruption everywhere and that there is good in this world and it's worth fighting for (intentional quote).

It feels like the good guys (the ones who want peace and citizens to have a good life), are more passive than the bad guys.  I guess perhaps it's because the good guys believe in following the rules and the system that's in place, which sucks.

No spoilers about anything that happens in future Clone Wars episodes, or anything regarding Mandalorian, Book of Boba Fett and Ahsoka.  I love not knowing what to expect and being surprised.

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the episode.  Also know there is an extension that allows you to do Picture-in-Picture in case you are interested: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en

Next episode, we get to see Ahsoka posing as an academy student?  That will be fun!

Yes!! People in power really do have WAY too much power imo. In no way should 1 person be able to ruin a civilization.

The galaxy needed more people like Padme and Satine. Oh wow how things would have been different (or so I like to think). This is the reason I find Andor so captivating! We see how regular people are affected by the war/Empire and even if they want nothing to do with it, they are still forced to suffer because of it. It feels like Padme and Satine and the senators are just constantly working since everything is a shit show.

This episode and Arc was a bit of an educational eye opener for me when I watched it air back in High school. It is scary to think about how it can only take One person in a Government position to be bribed for a whole civilization to go to sh*t

If you want things done with force powers, get Anakin and Obi-Wan. If you want things done without force powers, get their better halves Padme and Satine. It's always good to see people like them not afraid to get their hands dirty regardless of their titles. Another one of those clone wars episodes that doesn't necessarily build on the overall plot or character development, but gives some unique insight into the world and characters. We hear and see so much about the politics, people suffering, etc. but similar to Andor, this episode goes more in depth into the people and how they're affected by everything. Even being neutral, Mandalore is affected by the war. Also the effect of the war on Padme and Satine personally. It has to be so exhausting dealing with all of the politics they have to deal with on a daily basis but again, that's not something we really factor in when watching.
