A droid focused episode!! This was neat, and that damn R3... ugh! No droid can ever replace R2, he's just so great in every situation. It seemed a bit silly to just tank the hits from Grievous for a bit, but in the end I guess it worked out. It would be interesting if we could have a "clone kill count" every episode to see how many clones are lost during the entirety of the Clone Wars. I fear it would be a very high number.
I also can't believe how uncaring Obi-Wan is 😥 He should shake his head at himself for getting attached to Anakin then, if Anakin's attachment to R2 is frowned upon.
I will say, I'm really enjoying the fights where Jedi use the force, even if it's just something simple. It just adds a bit more to the fight than just lightsaber fighting. Seeing Ahsoka in action is also fun, since she's learning every episode!
I like to think Anakin will kill everything in his way if needed, in order to get to R2, sort of like the Tusken Raiders 😇
Next episode, I hope we get R2 back and kick R3 to the curb!

Yes!! Pookums would have been 100% with L3 for the droid rebellion. It's very nice to see her have compassion, which is weird for a Jedi. She must not be liked too much by the Jedi council since she seems to care a lot. Grievous' tagline should be "catch me if you can" since he keeps running away and escaping capture!

Trying to see the best in R3 and get Anakin to give Goldie a chance. It's just unfortunate for her that R3 is either criminally incompetent, or an incompetent criminal... I feel like if Ahsoka was in Solo she definitely would have been a supporter for the droid rebellion. I agree with you, it seemed a little odd to let that 1 republic cruiser face tank so many hits but I suppose it helped lure Grievous into a false sense of security? Either way, the important thing is Grievous lost again 😄 For now anyway...

2023-03-22 22:28:24 +0000 UTCDefinitely! I felt that from Yoda and Mace Windu in the movies, but always felt that Obi-Wan was not as strict towards that, but perhaps I just misinterpreted his character in the movies. It's easy to forget or ignore certain flaws in characters we like :D

2023-03-22 21:16:43 +0000 UTCYour thoughts on Obi-Wan are a critique of the jedi order at this time as a whole. They forbid attachments out of fear, when Anakin shows that attachments can be good. The jedi don't trust other jedi to be able to manage the attachments, which is, again, shown by Anakin in the end. Obi is trying to be the perfect jedi by not forming attachments but that's not always possible nor is it always a good thing. They really like to show that in this show
