Added 2023-05-04 10:03:54 +0000 UTCI kept trying to come up with what the initials for the superhero police might be. I originally wanted it to end up being the "ICU", but couldn't come up with a great choice for the "I".
The "Superiority Control Unit" sounded really tough, so I went with that. It'll be the "SCU" instead.
If you look really closely, Annie's holding some tech. She's not stupid enough to leave empty-handed.
