Pulse 509 WIP 4

Panel 1: The villain recounts what's going to happen, that the group who polices rogue heroes will be coming after her. I think it's the "ICU".
Panel 2: completely redrew Annie here, thinking you'd see more of her because the desk was at about her waist level. There's clearly a countdown as the villain says goodbye.
Panel 3: The whole place blows up. Getting rid of some of the fear there might be something that could track back to Annie.
Panel 4: The robot starts to retreat itself. Charlotte just watches not having all of the information.
Panel 5: Annie flies by grabbing Charlotte, saying they might have only minutes to get away.
Panel 6: Annie asks Charlotte if she can fly in that thing, and if she can even hear her. She says that either way, she doesn't have a lot of power left.
