2024-01-31 04:14:08 +0000 UTCThere is actually quite a lot of changed or omitted content from the novels in this season. Some pretty major stuff too. I imagine they'll adapt some of it into next season. But given that the anime is adapted from light novels, they are much harder to adapt as faithfully as one based on a manga. You miss a lot of little scenes here and there as well as Subaru's internal monologue. That being said, White Fox absolutely chocked in as much stuff as they could into 24 episodes. I still cannot believe Episode 48 is 29 minutes long with the amount of stuff that happens in that episode, they're wizards at pacing episodes.
