New Atlyss Build 0.2.0b Releasing 8/30/2023

Bit of a surprise, but a new version of 0.2.0 is releasing on Wednesday this week, 8/30/2023. It contains some quick fixes and additions:
- PvP Flagging added. You can now PvP with others in a netplay game as long as you and them are flagged for PvP. You cannot PvP in the hub area, but you can anywhere else for now.
- Various bugs addressed, such as the movement animation speed up issue after casting for connected clients, item pickup lockup for clients, and a bit more.
- Stamina system has been adjusted again, regeneration for Stamina will occur quicker than before since surviving the new slime behavior and boars can be quite difficult without it.
- Air attacking now costs a little bit of stamina, and damage from it is reduced considerably.
- Anisotropic Filtering and Texture Quality settings added.
- The Test Dungeon is fixed, arenas no longer lock up and the enemy spawns have decreased considerably.
