Thanks for watching this series. It was very bittersweet to play. I think the Asgore fight music might be my favourite in the end.

I forgot how much I loved this game and the story, I had forgotten how the first Asgore fight went and was SO confused when the game "ended" in the way it did. So much fun to experience it all over again in such a fresh way! Minor tone spoilers for the other routes: It's definitely possible to go back and do the other routes like you said, but generally you aren't missing much. There is one route that is VERY tonally different and has some incredible boss fights and music, but it's intentionally a very boring slog to get through to reach those peaks. Two of those fights will take dozens if not hundreds more attempts than even the hardest fights in the regular route. It also kind of permanently taints your experience with the game (again, intentionally) and rips away the innocence of a playthrough like this. It's definitely worth watching a playthrough of if you don't want to revisit the game yourself!

This game is heavily inspired by my favourite game of all time, right on top of Ocarina of Time as number 2, its "Earthbound" which is the American name for a series called Mother in Japan. 2024-01-15 00:06:26 +0000 UTCThat was wonderful to watch you play through Undertale totally blind! There's not much content you "missed" in the normal game. If you had fought and killed some stuff, then the first ending could have changed slightly (depending on the fate of the different characters you interacted with). You would then have needed to start a brand new save and played just like you did in order to get the "good" ending. If you love the game and feel dedicated, there is another way to have a totally unique experience. It also has some tough combat. There's something you probably need to know to get started; otherwise I think you can call your Undertale saga complete.

If you'd like playing something similar, you should try either Deltarune from the same team behind Undertale - as good if not better as Undertale. It's not really a sequel but it does take place in kind of the same universe. Otherwise there is Undertale Yellow, a fangame which surprised a lot of people by being as good as the original. Whatever's next, looking forward to it!

It just gives the feels, seeing everyone be happy. After doing the true pacifist run like you just did, the one where you uh... kill everyone hurts a lot haha. Now, on to the next series! Everything you've touched is gold so far, so let's see where we go this time!
